MOTIVATION

I loved monitoring military and geopolitical situations as they unfold. However, browsing on Twitter (X), Media Outlets, and YouTube channels became increasingly "Distracting" for me.

I wanted a centralized, organized place where I could monitor developments without the distractions of algorithms or social media bloat. So I wrote simple script, basically few lines of code, which curates data from multiple sources and presents it in single beautiful, noise-free dashboard. This was my personal offline tool to keep myself informed about latest developements.

Now it's public, because probably many people might be dealing with the same problem. This platform gives you a snapshot of what's happening, so you only deep-dive into what actually matters.

CONTENT

The platform gets updated every 60 minutes, fast enough to stay current, & slow enough to avoid IP blocks from platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and major media outlets

Only the last 48 hours of data is shown, older feed is not stored in any form. The dashboard is meant to be a "pulse", not an "archive".

Since everyone has their own preferred news outlets and analysts, there's a built-in Source Filter so you can tune the feed to what matters to you.

This is purely volunteer-based software. While it will always remain free to use, the quality of the feed depends on the data it consumes. I aim to make the list of outlets as exhaustive as possible, but I cannot do it without your support.
